If you experience a "Connection Reset" error, please make sure that you are logged in to the network. If you are not logged in, try opening up a webpage.
If you are positive that you are logged in, and you still get this error, disconnect completely from the wireless network, then reconnect.

If the problem persists, please submit a support ticket describing what you were doing when the connection was reset.


TIP:
make sure that the webpage that you are trying to get to before logging in is not a secure SSL webpage. If you see https: in your browser address bar, then you are trying to connect to a secure SSL webpage and will get an error message. try going to yahoo.com, or any other website that is not SSL encrypted and you will be brought to the login page to sign in.
